Lovely staff, friendly and excellent food.

Excellent meal in the Tower Bistro, prompt attention, quality food.. Excellent value for money. Room very noisy because of Night Club but we knew that in advance. Otherwise our stay was very enjoyable indeed.

Everything was beyond what we expected. and the food in the restaurant was incredible. we had the set menu that came with our room booking; presentation was beautiful and the food was super yummy. we are already considering booking again :)

Was a very good stay We were in room 123 Room was perfect everything you could want was there we were next to the Dart Line so some noise from them, Also Parking was a worry as It is all Pat and Display, I was awake at 7am worried about getting a ticket, so I Got up and put money in just to be on the safe side, maybe strike a deal with the council for temp permits for guests or a waiver until midday with a sticker for guests so they can totally relax just a thought. It was a great stay no kids to worry about Thanks

Yes myself and my Wife had a lovely stay again at the Martello. Just one small incident, we seemed to be forgotten when it came to our main course for our meal. I am not complaining, I want to compliment your staff on the way they handled it when i pointed out to them the problem. I understand that sometimes things go pear shaped. The bar man in the restaurant especially, chap with the beard, didnt get his name, could not have done enough. will be back again in the new year. Thanks again. Happy Christmas to all your staff.
